Scope, controls, and the record. All entries below come from the scripted demo day.
What we hold and what we do not
- Appointment details, arrival status, consent record, message log. Not clinical notes.
- Read-only scheduling data. No EHR write-back in the pilot.
- Location only while on campus.
- Retention: pilot plus 90 days, then deleted.
Patient controls
- Opt-in per channel.
- Revocable any time by replying STOP.
- Export or deletion on request.
- Revocation takes effect on the next scheduled send. Held sends appear in the audit trail with their reason.
The audit trail
Every intervention in the demo day is recorded with the reason that produced it, the channel used, and the delivery result. Held sends are logged with a reason too.
