Resident intelligence

Know your residents, and let their families know them too.

Guest intelligence for a community people live in rather than visit. The stay becomes a rhythm, the desk gets cards with reasons, and the family gets what the resident chooses to share.

Care Team Desk · one resident

A usual morning

Wednesday · 08:10

Ruth K. at breakfast 08:10, then the 10:00 watercolor class.

Why

  • Presence from the dining QR and the class check-in.
  • Her usual week. Nothing to do.
  • The board stays quiet.

One resident, one week

Ruth K. is invented. Her week is the kind a community actually has: a usual morning, a quiet stretch, an open seat at the thing she always joins, and a Friday note to her daughter.

  1. A usual morning

    Wednesday · 08:10

Ruth K. at breakfast 08:10, then the 10:00 watercolor class.

    Resident Concierge

Your class is in the Garden Room today. Marta saved your seat by the window.

  2. Quiet Days

    Friday · 13:30

Ruth K. missed two meals and skipped Thursday's class. Card to Marta, with the reason.

    Resident Concierge

We missed you at lunch. Want a tray brought up, or a hand getting down to dinner?

  3. An open seat

    Tuesday · 16:00

Open seat at Thursday's book group. Invitation sent to Ruth K.

    Resident Concierge

A seat opened at 3:00. The group is on chapter six.

  4. The Friday digest

    Friday · 17:00

Friday digest to Ruth's daughter. Only what Ruth chose to share.

    Family Window

Breakfast most mornings, watercolor Wednesday, book group Thursday. She is looking forward to Saturday.

Three people

The resident, the family, the care team. The family is a first-class user who is not on site. The resident controls what the family sees. Consent flips direction: the resident grants, the family receives.

The resident

Lives here. Owns the consent. Sees the community calendar in large type and asks for things from the apartment QR.

Resident Concierge

Large type, in-apartment QR, the community calendar, ask for something.

The family

Not on site. Receives what the resident chooses to share, plans visits, reads a Friday digest.

Family Window

The digest, visit planning, what the resident has chosen to share.

The care team

Works the desk. Sees cards with reasons, never alarms. Every action lands in the ledger.

Care Team Desk

Hotel Operator reshaped: Community, Requests, Activities, Quiet Days, Ledger.

The loop, read as a rhythm

  1. 1

    Sense

Seen at breakfast, checked into the 10am class, in the garden, family visiting Saturday. Presence comes from the same BLE and QR layer, attendance from dining and activities, and requests from the in-apartment QR. The property view becomes the campus view.

  2. 2

    Decide

Look for the absence of events: two meals missed, no activity check-in in three days, a quiet week after a busy month. The recommended next step might be an open seat at the activity this resident usually joins.

  3. 3

    Act

A lighter hand. A card on the Care Team Desk with the reason, not an alarm. An invitation on the resident's Concierge in large type. A Friday digest to the family. Every action carries its reason and lands in the ledger.
